the overall experience at this hotel was simply dismal. Absolutely no light in the room made it impossible for me to get ready after sunset. shameful! also, the gym lacked basic equipment for a proper workout. not to mention, i expected a welcome gift considering my luxury status, but instead was treated like any other guest. just couldn’t give it a good review.

amazing access to the marina and nearby attractions made exploring easy

during my stay, I loved that the marina was just a short 1.5 km walk away where I could enjoy the vibrant local scene, and the nearby Playa Empacadora was less than a 5-minute walk, offering stunning views to relax after a day of exploration.

Great infinity pool and amazing service from the staff. Wi-Fi could be better.

The rooms could really use brighter lighting. my wife struggled to get ready after sunset!!! The gym needs a serious equipment upgrade to match the fitness level of most guests. We've seen better design in hotel entrances!!!

Incredible food, exceptional atmosphere, stayed in a spacious Allure Suite Marina View with breathtaking views of the marina and easy beach access for morning strolls.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the marina and the vibrant local scene, which was perfect for exploring. I especially enjoyed dining at Ocate, where I tried the tomahawk steak and the tacos from the stand while waiting for my table. The upgraded access to the xhale club enhanced my experience with great amenities and a lively atmosphere by the pool. I also appreciated the attentive service I received at the beach. However, the breakfast area was problematic with flies landing on the food due to its outdoor setting, which could definitely be improved.

But then came the travel club sales pitch. We were lured in for a charming talk, only to be bombarded with pressure that soured the whole vibe – just a bit too much for a laid-back getaway!

The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to help. The view from my suite was breathtaking with the Marina and mountains.

Room service was inconsistent and sometimes left used coffee cups in the room.
